By accessing tokyo trading card game online services or purchasing from TTCG, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by clear pricing mistakes. Bitcoin discounts apply only when Bitcoin is selected as the payment method at checkout and may exclude certain promotions.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions.
Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with store operations, live breaks, or events.
Intellectual property
TTCG branding, site content, and original media are owned by us or our licensors. Game intellectual property belongs to the respective rights holders. Product images are for shopping reference.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Tokyo unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
