Overview
We want you to be happy with every purchase. Because trading cards and sealed product can be sensitive to condition and market value, returns are handled carefully under the rules below.
Eligible returns
Most unopened sealed product may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Final sale items are not eligible.
- Opened sealed product is generally non-returnable
- Singles and graded slabs are final sale unless we made an error in the listing
- Pre-orders cancelled before shipment may be refunded to the original payment method
- Damaged-in-transit claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos
How to start a return
Email hello@ttcg.jp with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return. Do not ship anything back until we confirm authorization and a return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item. Bitcoin payments are refunded according to the settlement method confirmed for that order. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer store credit or a refund where eligible.
