Where we ship
TTCG ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Processing time
In-stock orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders ship after the product arrives at our store. Live break and event pickups follow the schedule communicated for that event.
Free shipping
Orders over $1000 qualify for free shipping. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Minimum order quantities
Singles require a minimum order of $150 (combined singles subtotal).
Booster boxes priced under $100 have a minimum quantity of 2 per product.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, we send tracking details to the email on the order. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
